Strong commitment to content marketing and social media engagement is growing among marketers in Canada, as they now see great potential in social media engagement and content marketing for businesses in the country.
Over half of Canadian marketers conducted search engine optimization (SEO)-- a term used to describe a process that is aimed at increasing website audiences, in February this year. And 65% of them said they do monitoring for social media in the same month according to a report.
In the course of this year, content marketing was forecasted to be the most crucial activity for marketers. This correlates with over 80% of Marketers finding social media marketing as a key ingredient for marketing success. Almost 78% of them agreeed that SEO contributes to their marketing success
